while the eyes are looking in the exact opposite direction, way upwards. 🙄

It's as if he wants to look in both directions:
he can't look away from his precious possession but he also can't look away from the human that is approaching his precious possession ↕️

Believe it or not: That's the dog trying to tell you that he DOESN'T want to bite, he'd preferred you'd move away. 💞

So, the moral of the story is to remove your hand when you see the whale eye. Give your dog some space. ✅️
